More than 20,000 Muslims in the Dallas area came together Monday morning to celebrate the first day of Eid al Fitr.
The Islamic Association of North Texas hosted congregational prayers at Centennial Hall in Fair Park, drawing Muslims from a wide range of ethnic communities to mark the culmination of Ramadan.
